Ingredients:
Method of Preparation:
- Fresh Coriander -- 1 bunch chopped
- Garlic -- 8-9 cloves Peeled
- Green chillies -- 7
- salt to taste
- onion -- 1 small chopped
- Tomato -- 1 medium chopped
- Cumin seeds -- 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder -- 1/2 tbsp
- Water -- as required
- Lemon jiuce -- 2 tbsp
Method of Preparation:
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender and make a fine paste.
- Add water if needed at the time of blending.
- Add lemon juice.
This chutney can be served as a dip with pakoras,samosas and all indian snacks.
Another variation of this chutney can be made by adding mint leaves instead of coriander .
